Install on Android
First launch on Android
You're installing the APK directly (outside Google Play), so Android asks permission once to install from your browser or Files app.
This is expected for the current unsigned beta. Before you install, you can check the file against the SHA-256 checksum published on the v0.2.650 release page.
Open the downloaded APK
Tap the downloaded file. When prompted, allow “Install unknown apps” for the app you downloaded with (Chrome / Files), then go back and tap Install.
If Play Protect warns
Tap More details → Install anyway. The app installs normally.
